Windows shows a warning when I download or install (especially in Edge)
The HanFlow PDF installer is digitally code-signed (DigiCert), so the publisher shows as Quantum Materials Inc. and it installs without the "unknown publisher" warning. If a security prompt ever appears, check the publisher name and continue.
Is it really free?
The core features — PDF viewing, editing and annotation — are free for personal use, and document conversion (Word · PowerPoint and more) comes with a 1-month free trial. To keep converting after the trial, or for commercial use, see the Pro license (annual / perpetual). For deploying to many PCs in a company or institution, use the Business tab on the Pricing page (per-user licenses).
Which formats can I convert to and from?
You can convert PDFs to Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), HTML, plain text (.txt) and images (.png) — plus HWP (Korean word processor) documents. In the other direction, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, image and HWP files can be converted to PDF. Conversion results stay editable.
Can it recognize scanned documents (OCR)?
Yes. Download the free OCR pack — a modern deep-learning engine with per-language packs (Korean included) — from inside the app (OCR menu). Scanned pages become searchable, copyable text, and everything runs offline on your PC.
Does it support macOS or other operating systems?
The desktop program is for Windows 10 / 11. On Mac, tablets and phones you can view and edit PDFs without installing anything via the web app, and the Web PDF extension for Chrome and Edge is also available.
How do updates work?
When a new version is released, the app checks automatically on launch and lets you know. Updates are free — just follow the prompt to stay on the latest version.
